A delicious dinner for slim line lovers
Ingredients
* 500 g pike or cod fillet
* 200 g of skimmed milk powder
* egg
* fresh greens as you like
* spices that love fish
* a good deal of freshly ground pepper (you can put a lot)
Preparation.
Fish fillet minced, add cottage cheese, egg, chopped greens, spices. The samizo homogeneous mass forms small meatballs. Baking paper is covered on the baking sheet and meatballs are ranked on it. Place in oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Well suited to a variety of fresh vegetables or green leafy salads, which can be combined with chopped dill, parsley, peppermint, thyme or marjoram, forcing lemon juice.
What good? An excellent source of protein - is both fish and skimmed milk curd that fits well in this combination, and tightens the mass of the chives. Rich and tasty food, which is, however, mild. Fresh salads and greens are enough.
Chef's note
I made the fish a little differently. Part of the fillet of the fillet, but some of the fillets are cut flat and then cut into strips. In them, the mass of the wrapped cutlets was rolled and the rolls carefully placed on the baking paper.
