Ingredients
* 1 kg lamb (2/3 be lean meat, rest - fat)
* teaspoon minced ginger
* Half-spoon crushed or ground coriander seed

* pinch salt and pepper
* 8 teaspoons of Greek yogurt
* chopped fresh mint
* two medium zucchini
* large tomato
* a good handful of haricot

Preparation.
