        Drink plenty of water and herbal teas. Meals can be supplemented with a glass of milk, kefir or buttermilk.
        
        Once a day, the legumes - peas, beans, lentils should be included in the portion to get the necessary protein. Lenten dishes can be supplemented with nuts and seeds (sunflower, pumpkin). They can also be taken separately but in reasonable quantities.
        
        Vegetarian dishes will be more intense if added to the oil. The choice of shops is wide and varied.
        Fast food means abstinence - alcohol, coffee, black tea, sweets.
        
        Between meals, like a snack or a second breakfast, a good meal with a little butter, a slice of cheese can be placed.
