When we think about beauty in Turkey, the first thing that comes to mind is a lot of salons, in which various services are available: haircuts, hair removal, manicure, pedicure and more. However, some of the best Turkish beauty tips are always based on the natural ingredients that people have used for many centuries.

    Rose water

Rose water is used not only for the preparation of Turkish desserts, but also to support women's beauty. Turkeys have long been using it as a remedy that tones and cleanses the skin better than any branded product. But be careful: the floral scent of pink water can be too intense for those who are smell-sensitive. However, the soft cleansing properties of rose water will be irreplaceable for those who have sensitive facial skin.

    Lavender water

Like roses, lavender plays a huge role in a Turkish cosmetics bag. Lavender cute has long been used by foreigners, but lavender water is also very popular and is used in skin care that needs to be updated. Water is applied to the face and neck, as well as healing of cuts and burns. Liquid has a relaxing aroma, so moms often spray it on a baby crib as a natural remedy for children to sleep before bed.

    Turkish bath (hammam)

No list of Turkish beauty secrets would be complete without mention of the Turkish bath, as one of the most thorough cleaning possibilities. Usually the procedure is carried out in a traditional marble hamam, where using steam and warm skin becomes very soft. Then the professionals make peeling of the skin with a kiss (bath glove). After that, the whole body is covered with soap foam, massaged and rinsed. After hammam it is recommended to apply a body lotion.

    Natural cute

When talking about soap dish, cute, used in hammams, it should be noted that often soap is made of olive oil and coconut oil, which nourishes the skin and have a fantastic aroma. Of course, Turkish natural soaps also contain many other ingredients, such as lavender, sage, argan, chamomile and rose. One of our favorites is soap from goat's milk, really creamy soap, perfect for dry skin.

    Vinegar
