    Food should not go to the extreme of dieting, because it will only damage your nerves and you will lose.

    Eat according to your physical activity, if you exercise a lot then eat as much as your body requires, but with the exception of fast foods like all burgers and other noxious foods, you can also eat bad food, just not a day, think better about vegetables and porridge.

    In the mornings it is advisable to eat fruits, because they will give a quick charge of energy, which will quickly get the body to the feet even after a heavy night and you can eat slurry on the top, which will retain this energy for a long time! At lunch, you can eat potatoes, meat, rice, pasta, vegetables, and other rich foods that will give your body more energy until the evening.

    And in the evening, it is best to eat vegetables, fish, a light food that will not go into the body's fat reserves, but will restore strength to the muscles and the rest of the body. Eat 2 hours before bedtime.

    Get active and exercise, hard core training is not always needed to keep you fit, just keep moving!

    In the evening, when you chat with your neighbor, go out with him for a walk and a chat rather than your health at PC!

    Stress is a big problem, not stressing completely is impossible, because a person needs at least minimal stress in order to keep himself lively.

    In your daily hurry, trying to catch the moments where you feel happy instead of looking for a lifetime on the road to a no-go paradise, let's be real, you don't know what can happen to you tomorrow! That's why you see the little gold edge of a macoon, but don't go to extremes and become a complete pogigist all you need to know is mers!

    Nature. Nature is our friend we come from nature, so why run away from it?

    More often, disconnect your face from your computer monitor and go for a walk in the woods or in a local park.

    Meditation. Many are afraid of the word because they think it is complicated and meant for Eastern spiritual masters.
    Not at all, look into the google for how to do it and obsess over nothing complicated, you need to sit in a comfortable position and focus only on breathing and relax your mind and relax, the main thing is not to do astral travel but to relax. If you do everything right, then the first time you meditate will be overwhelmed with unprecedented peace and happiness!
