Drink a cup of health every day!

You have probably heard the phrase "You Are What You Eat". But you are and what you drink, because drinking plenty of fluids can help your body get rid of toxins that can be the triggers of severe illness. Liquids can also help you more hours to feel sieves, thanks to which, you will eat less food. This is good news, because maintaining healthy body weight can reduce the risk of a disease of several cancers. But not every beverage has that power. Below we show you the advantages and disadvantages of popular drinks.
Fruit Juice - Choose someone with less sugar

Health Benefits: Juice from fruit is a great way to import the many vitamins your body needs.

Recommended daily dose: Try not to drink more than one cup of tetrapeak juice daily because it is full of sugars.

Tip: Watch more often you drink freshly squeezed juice, or when you are already buying, choose the one on whose packaging it writes 100% natural juice (do not drink dissolving syrups). In this way, you will avoid harmful sweeteners and the large number of calories burned.
Tea - White is the best

Health Benefits: Tea accelerates your metabolism, which can help you maintain a healthy body weight. Moreover, the antioxidants found in tea can help your body get rid of toxins as well as prevent abnormal cells from turning into cancer, says the National Cancer Institute.

Know who is your best choice! - Want to "fill" with antioxidants? Then drink white tea. Green tea is the second best choice. Black tea has fewer antioxidants that fight cancer.

What to avoid? - Avoid putting sugar or sweeteners in your cup of tea, because they add a lot of calories to the beverage.

Recommended daily dose: Limit your consumption to no more than 1 liter of unsweetened tea per day and drink more water.
Carbonated juices - avoid them whenever possible

Be careful with the consumption of carbonated drinks. Dietal or not, they are certainly not at all healthy. Worse still is that soda juices are easy to drink in large quantities, but do not give you a feeling of satiety. Thus, you continue to charge again and again the glass and you never feel satisfied.

Harmful Ingredients: 0.33 ml carbonated juice can contain nearly 150 calories, which can put fat in the stomach area and increase the risk of cancer, according to the American Cancer Research Institute. Plus, the phosphorous that contains it in squeezed juices makes it difficult for bones to absorb calcium, which in turn puts you at risk of bone fracture and osteoporosis.
Let the water be your favorite drink

At the top of the list of healthy liquids, it's definitely the water. You can drink at least how many glasses you want per day. Water keeps hydration of your muscles so that physical activity is simpler and more productive.

Health Benefits: Drinking water before and during meals fills your stomach and prevents you from eating foods in excessive amounts. Also, the intake of sufficient fluids in the body is part of any healthy diet.
