    I fully understand you ... And it's good for me to eat pizza, burger, chicken fingers ... but that does not only affect the overall appearance, weight gain, but also prematurely ages the skin and does not feed it with the necessary vitamins and minerals. It is best to maintain some balance, not to shorten all sweet pleasures, but during the day we eat at least 3 fruits or vegetables. We all strive to have a young, healthy skin. Unfortunately, skin aging is a natural part of life and we can not prevent it from reflecting the number of years in which it has lived. What we can do is change our health and lifestyle choices to prevent premature aging of the skin
    The process of natural aging is caused by changes in our genes under the medical term internal aging. Just like the rest of our body, our skin will pass through natural wear as the years pass.
    As we age, we begin to notice the visible lines of our face, our skin will lose its tightness, and the skin will begin to dilute.
    Our skin is made from collagen and elastin, a protein matrix that is responsible for breaking and stretching the skin when stretching. These proteins are what keeps our skin firm and as you age, the fiber network is weakened along with its support structure, resulting in softening the skin. Naturally, the skin also loses fat and tends to thin as you grow older. Gravity also tightens the weakened skin and causes a blurring effect. Of course, the genetic code also plays a significant role in aging the skin. This helps to explain why some people look 20 years old when they are really older than 40 years (and vice versa).

    Reasons for aging
    Your way of life and the environment can also cause your skin to age prematurely or faster than normal in a process called external aging. Below are a few factors that contribute to damage to the skin

    Exposure to the sun
    Exposure to the sun causes skin damage, even when properly protected. The ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun affect the elastic fibers of the skin and cause wrinkles. Additionally, the sun's rays cause aging spots to appear on your hands, face, and other more exposed areas.

    Smoking
    Wrinkles occur much earlier in people who smoke because of reduced blood flow to the face and skin damage caused by toxic chemicals. They also tend to be very dark and large, which additionally causes wrinkles. The term the smoker's face comes from the bags around their eyes and descends over the skin around the eyelids, is often seen in smokers who are susceptible to long-term smoking.
    Bad diet
    What you put in your body will reflect on your skin. If you supplement your body, your body with healthy food, your skin will use the benefits of it to look healthier and more secure. On the other hand, if your diet consists of fast food, then this "junk" is what will nourish the skin. According to Dr. Timothy Harlan, Ph.D. Timothy Harlan and Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of Medicine at Tulane University, foods of poor quality, like trans fat, cause inflammation - and aging is basically a chronic inflammatory condition. If you do not consume regularly healthy things, you will not be able to create healthy new skin cells in the way you need to.
